How can i make payment?
You can make payment by VISA or MasterCard through the online payment portal which you will be directed to after you’ve duly completed your registration.
What is the minimum age to participate in the Stroller Race Singapore 2016?
There are different age requirements for the difference race categories.
- Stroller Race (5km) – A Participant must be 6 years and above on the race day (17th Jan 2016) to participate in the 5km stroller race.
- All children in the stroller must be at least 12month of age to participate in the stroller race.
- Family Run (5km) – A Participant must be 6 years and above on the race day (17th Jan 2016) to participate in the 5km family run.
- There is no minimum age to participate in the Stroller Walk.
- All children in the stroller must be at least 6month of age.
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Can i join multiple race categories?
You are not allowed to join more than one race category. Children who meet the age requirements may chose to also sign up for the Kids Dash event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Can i send someone to help me collect my race pack on my behalf?
How will i know if my registration is successful?
A confirmation slip will be sent to your registered email upon successful registration. Please be reminded that you will need to produce your printed confirmation slip together with your NRIC/ Passport at the Race Entry Pack Collection when you retrieve your race pack.
Do i get a refund if i choose not to participate after registration?
Withdrawal Policy Withdrawal notifications must be in writing by email. The date of withdrawal will be as postmarked in the email header. Telephone and verbal messages of withdrawal will not be accepted. You may send an email to email@example.com Participants who withdraw before 30th November 2015 will receive a refund of 50% of the paid race fee. This refund will be credited back to the credit card used during the original entry. All refunds will require a minimum processing time of 30 days. There will be no refunds made for all withdrawals submitted after 2359hrs on 30th November 2015.
Can i change race categories after i have registered?
Will i get my race timing upon completion of the race?
Yes, race timings will be issued to runners in the Stroller Race and Family Run categories. However, please note that the 5km Stroller Walk is not a timed race.
